  with providing Data Value for your organization…but struggle with f
 ocus and how to effectively move forward.  You have to do some creativ
 e juggling of identifying, planning, and prioritizing tasks.  You and 
 your teams make progress but it continually feels like you’re “

 This is something I have struggled with for quite some time…then I c
 ame upon the DLF (Data Leadership Framework.)  The DLF concept just ca
 me out in publication last year (in the book ‘Data Leadership’ 
 by Anthony Algmin.)  This framework is focused on providing outcome-ba
 sed Data Value…not on how to delivery software applications or how t
 o set up infrastructure platforms.  You are most likely following tene
 ts of the DLF but just don’t realize it (at least, that is how I felt
 .)  Would you see benefit in such a framework?\n \nMAKE-AN-IMPACT
 !  So plan to attend this session on the DLF and see how it makes sens
 e, and provides fit, for your data efforts!
