Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by August 21, 2020, will be fully refunded. Cancellations received from August 22 to September 18 are subject to a $400 cancellation charge. Cancellations on or after September 19, 2020, will not be entitled to a refund. Email: registration@dataversity.net. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
If DATAVERSITY is forced to alter, cancel, or postpone the event for any reason on or after September 19, 2020, no refunds will be made. Instead, a registration credit will be offered for future events through 2023.
Please Note: This cancellation and refund policy does not apply for registrations that used a past event credit, including those which have transferred from the rescheduled 2020 conferences.
